Thump-thump

Alex Rider is a hot series at the library this summer. Until recently, I assumed everybody knew about the film. Then I met a teacher who gaped and gasped, "There's a movie?"

Um, yes. A kicking movie, might I add. (British) action, (British) scenery, (British) accents, (British) gadgets, but most importantly of all,

(British) Alex Pettyfer.

I'm not one to get celebrity crushes. But this ... how can you resist this? He's starring with Emma Roberts in November's Wild Child. British boarding schools, British scenery, British accents, British Alex Pettyfer. Wave me off to the cinema.
